Spring has sprung and there’s never Enuf color!

That’s why Dr. Enuf is introducing a new Spring line of amazing new t-shirts. The best thing about this collection – our fans made it happen!

You mentioned long sleeve shirts – we said cool. We can do that! You mentioned the v-necks – we liked that too! In fact, there were lots of Enuf fans who mentioned the colors on the diet drinks with the unmistakable gold – we thought that was brilliant.

So, we took everything back to our designers and came up with this terrific new line of t-shirts and we hope you like them.

They’re a limited supply though and you’ll want to order now to make sure you can get yours today.

Click the link to access the Dr. Enuf Merch store. Major credit cards and Pay Pal accepted with deliver right to your doorstep.

The Second Train Stop is at Priceless Foods on South Roan Street, Thursday, November 29th between 4pm and 6pm. Stop by and register for two tickets given away each half hour right there in the parking lot!

“It’s our biggest show ever!” Electric 94.9’s Acoustic Christmas has been
announced. Performing their hits “Hey, Soul Sister”, “Drops Of Jupiter”, “Drive
By”, and their current single “50 Ways To Say Goodbye”; three-time Grammy
Award winner Train will headline the concert event.

Acoustic Christmas is an annual charity concert hosted by the air
personalities of Electric 94.9. This year’s event is scheduled for Thursday,
December 13, 2012 at 7:00 pm at Freedom Hall in Johnson City and is
co-sponsored by Grindstaff Kia. Each year a portion of the proceeds from
Acoustic Christmas is donated to a local charity. Last year the concert raised
$12,000 for the local Salvation Army. This year’s charity has not yet been
announced but it will be one that helps local kids.

Pre-sale of tickets for Acoustic Christmas has exceeded everyone’s
Tri-Cities Beverage Company bottled both until the mid-1960s, when it sold the Dew to Pepsi. While Mountain Dew has gone on to worldwide fame and fortune, Dr. Enuf has remained a hometown favorite.

Like many popular soft drinks, Dr. Enuf was first mixed as a medicinal beverage. The formula came from a Chicago chemist named Bill Schwartz, who developed it as an energy drink. Unlike most sodas, though, it’s still sold that way. “The Original Energy Booster,” reads the bottle. “Rich in Vitamins!” Each bottle of Dr. Enuf contains 220% of the daily requirement of Thiamin and 80% Niacin; the packaging explains what each does and isn’t shy about preaching the healing powers of the blend:

(Johnson City, TN) Tri-City Beverage’s popular Diet Dr. Enuf and Diet Herbal Dr. Enuf beverages are now available aspartame free.

“A lot of consumers are concerned with their health and are counting their carbohydrate intake,” says Vice President of Regional Sales Greg Lyon. “Our diet drinks are not only vitamin-enriched and free of carbohydrates but they are now also free from aspartame. Consumers can enjoy the Dr. Enuf Flavor they love without calories or carbohydrates.”

Both Diet Dr. Enuf and Diet Herbal Dr. Enuf have changed the sweetener used from aspartame to sucralose, most widely known as Splenda.

Sucralose was approved by the Food and Drug Administration in 1998 and is used in a large variety of foods and beverages. Sucralose is made from sugar but has no calories because it is not metabolized. It is also suitable for diabetic consumers. The American Diabetes Association recommendations say, “Scientific evidence has shown that the use of sucralose as part of the meal plan does not impair blood glucose control in individuals with type 1 or type 2 diabetes.”

“Brands such as Cheerwine that have made the switch from aspartame to sucralose drinks have already experienced increased sales,” says Vice President of Local Sales Patrick Sturgill. “That tells us that there is a demand out there for drinks that are aspartame free.”

Sucralose has gained popularity because it does not have the aftertaste that other sweeteners possess.

“We conducted a lot of surveys and targeted a lot of loyal diet drinkers,” said Lyon. “The market tests on the sucralose products produced favorable results. In many instances, customers stated that the drinks tasted sweeter. We are thrilled to be offering a product that maintains the flavor integrity and rich traditions of Dr. Enuf.”

Dr. Enuf is a registered product of Tri-City Beverage. Tri-City Beverage Corporation is a privately owned and operated business based in Johnson City, Tennessee. For additional information on Tri-City Beverage visit their website at http://www.drenuf.com/or call 423-928-2541.

Tri-City Beverage Adds Plastic Bottle to Dr. Enuf Brand
(Johnson City, TN) Tri-City Beverage has introduced new packaging to expand its product offering availability. Dr. Enuf, the company’s vitamin-enriched, lemon-lime drink and cherry-flavored herbal drinks are now available in 16-ounce plastic bottles for the first time in company history.

The new packaging will enable the company to expand its channels of distribution through the use of vending machines and penetrate new areas where glass containers are prohibited.

“We have found that in the regional and local markets we could expand our growth by being able to place our products in vending machines,” says Vice president of Regional Sales Greg Lyon. “Our distribution had been limited to convenience stores, grocery stores and other retail locations. With the added convenience of vending machines, we can distribute our products almost anywhere. Numerous vending machines have already been placed throughout the Tri-Cities.”

Dr Enuf in glass bottles also restricted where the products could be sold and distributed.

“The plastic container will enable us to provide Dr. Enuf where bottles are not allowed such as pools, schools and in manufacturing plants,” said Patrick Sturgill, Vice President of Local Sales. “Sporting events, community centers and other locations where numerous Dr Enuf customers visited could not get their favorite drinks. Now they will be able to enjoy their favorite Dr. Enuf drink in a plastic bottle at their favorite events.”

Dr. Enuf is a registered product of Tri-City Beverage. Tri-City Beverage Corporation is a privately owned and operated business based in Johnson City, Tennessee. For additional information on Tri-City Beverage visit their website at http://www.drenuf.com/or call 423-928-2541.
